Creative Agents

What is a Creative Agent?

Creative Agents worked with Change and Enquiry Schools during the Creative Partnerships programe. They were a team of qualified practitioners from the creative and cultural sectors who are highly experienced at working in educational settings. They are particularly skilled in:

• building relationships
• managing partnerships
• developing and evaluating creative learning programmes
• brokering contractual arrangements with practitioners
• developing reflective practice, through fostering the growth of professional learning communities in schools.

While Creative Agents were recruited from a broad range of professional creative backgrounds – from the arts, culture, science and beyond, they all have a commitment to working in partnership with schools to help realise the creative potential of all learners, including staff.
