Creative Practice :

I have had an interest in an holistic concept of health for more than 20 years, especially the potential of the personal expression of creativity. I have trained in general nursing and psychology and have studied the factors involved in the health of the individual and that of the community at degree and post-graduate level. I strongly believe in the creative potential of every human being and am committed to providing opportunities to enable people to unlock their creative potential and believe that positive health comes through this process of self-expression.

Education Practice :

I have formulated creative approaches utilising storytelling, relaxation and visualisation techniques combined with art-based applications to work on the emotional issues facing children in contemporary social contexts. This approach is highly relevant to PSHE and SEAL.
